Submission Methods

➢ All papers must be submitted online via Online Submission System.
➢ Manuscripts must be written in English.

➢ Full paper submission is compulsory for publication. With presentation only purpose, please just submit an abstract.

➢ The paper submissions should use the exact template, which can be downloaded here.

➢ Manuscripts should be at least 4 pages, including figures, tables, and references. When a paper exceeds 5 pages, extra pages will be chargeable.
➢ All paper submissions will be carefully reviewed by at least two/three experts and reviews will be returned to the author(s) with comments to ensure the high quality of the accepted papers.

➢ Submissions that are identical (or substantially similar) to versions that have been previously published, or accepted for publication, or that have been submitted in parallel to other conferences or journals are not appropriate for ICRCA and violate our dual submission policy. 

➢ Multiple submissions with an excessive amount of overlap in their text or technical content are not acceptable. The technical committee reserves the right to immediately reject all submissions which they deem to be excessively similar and by the same authors.
➢The authors of accepted papers must guarantee that their papers will be presented at the conference and register for conference.
